Town Council Seeks Applicants for the Planning and Zoning Commission
The Town of Palm Beach seeks applicants for the Planning and Zoning Commission. All citizens interested in pursuing an appointment must complete the appropriate application for service and submit it to the Town Clerk’s Office by Friday, August 1, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The appointments will be on the agenda for consideration and potential action at the Town Council meeting on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
The Town seeks to appoint one regular member to the Planning and Zoning Commission fulfilling the unexpired term of John Tatooles. This term will end on 9/30/2026 and will count as a term '0'.
The Planning and Zoning Commission acts in an advisory capacity to the Town Council in all municipal planning and development matters. The Commission must follow the concepts and contents of the Town’s comprehensive land use plan in all planning, zoning, and development-related deliberations and decisions. The Commission shall also have such powers and duties as may be prescribed by Ordinance.
