Sunday, September 15, 2024 Yonkers Marathon & Record Riot - Road Closures and Parking Restrictions

Dear Residents,
The City of Yonkers is hosting its marathon on Sunday, September 15, 2024. Please know that this marathon will include parts of our village.
The marathon will begin at 8:00 AM in Yonkers and will travel north on Nepperhan Ave to Tompkins Ave, where it will cross Broadway and travel northbound in the southbound lanes. The marathon will continue on Broadway (northbound in the southbound lanes) to Main St. On Main St, the marathon will travel westbound to Warburton Avenue Southbound and continue southbound on Warburton Avenue until the Yonkers Boarder Line.
The areas of roadways in our village will be marked with traffic cones, and Hastings-on-Hudson Police Officers and Parking Enforcement Officers will be posted at different locations during the marathon for pedestrian / vehicular safety.
Motorists traveling on the roadways on Sunday, September 15, 2024, between 8 AM and 1 PM should use extreme caution.
On Sunday, September 15, 2024, Record Riots is hosting a Records Collector Fair. The event occurs in the Zinsser Commuter Parking Lot from 9 AM to 5 PM. As a result, the following parking restrictions will be put in place:
No Parking on Sunday, September 15, 2024, from 7 AM to 5 PM in the main portion of the Zinsser Commuter Parking Lot. Residents may use the rear of the Zinsser Commuter Parking Lot for parking.
