The City is working with Horsley Witten on a Downtown Flood Mitigation Plan. This plan will detail current conditions that contribute to flooding and what factors make flooding worse, assess the most vulnerable properties and structures within the downtown area, and evaluate potential actions for the City and property owners to reduce risk and build resilience to flooding.
