CARBONDALE –The City of Carbondale Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile Synncere L. Payton, 15 of Carbondale. Synncere was last seen on the morning of 11-16-2023 in the 400 block of North Brush Street in Carbondale. Synncere is described as 5’01” tall, weighing 100 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Synncere should contact the Carbondale Police Department at 618-457-3200.
