Definitely not a “Treat” at the dog park on Halloween. Someone stole the backflow unit at A Leash on Life Dog Park off Pinal Avenue which controls the water to the dog park and the restrooms. Water will not be available for the next several days, so the restrooms are closed. If you are visiting the dog park, please bring water for your parched pooches. Signs have been posted onsite.
