Mayor Mantello Announces Operation Refresh 2025! 

Starting on Monday, April 14th, Quality-of-Life Action Crews will be traveling through neighborhoods both on foot and in their vehicles to thoroughly clean each street and alleyway. ‘No parking’ signs will be posted the day before and they will be removed as they finish each street. Residents are encouraged to put leaves and debris in a pile on the curb the night before their designated cleaning day.
