Duke Energy will be partially closing 7514 E CR 100 S, Avon IN on Wednesday 3/22. Flaggers will be in place and emergency vehicles will be able to pass. Blockage will be in the east bound lane, traffic will be diverted to the westbound lane. Approx. time of operations will be 9:00am to 12:00pm(Noon).
