Hi there, Town of Avon Residents, starting October 20th, 2025  800E (Dan Jones Road) just south of Fairwood Boulevard will be reduced to one lane with automatic flagger control.

Crews will be on-site to investigate and repair a drainage or waterline issue. We are conducting the investigation; if it’s a waterline issue, it will be handled by the Town of Plainfield, and if it’s a water table issue, it will be handled by the Town of Avon. The duration of this work is currently undetermined.

Please use caution when traveling through this area and allow extra time for possible delays. This work is scheduled to occur after the projected opening of Plainfield’s roundabout project at Avon Avenue/CR 300S, to provide an alternate route. All dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you.
