Search Warrant Served at Longtime Santa Rosa Nuisance Residence

Over the course of the past year, a residence in the 2000 block of Guerneville Rd, Santa Rosa, has generated numerous calls for service into the Santa Rosa Police Department regarding a variety of drug use and sales violations, domestic disturbances, and weapons violations.

On 3/4/2025, at approximately 10:12 am, Detectives from the SRPD Narcotics Team and Gang Crimes Team, as well as officers from The Downtown Enforcement Team and the Special Enforcement Team, executed the service of a search warrant at this residence. A total of 14 people were detained from inside of the residence and one person was detained while sleeping in his vehicle in front of the residence.

Detectives and officers conducted a search of the residence and outbuildings, pursuant to a search warrant. Detectives located suspected Fentanyl and methamphetamine, a loaded .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol, and a loaded 12-gauge shotgun. Every room in the residence was cluttered with drug paraphernalia.

Santa Rosa Code Enforcement Officers assisted SRPD at this residence to determine if any violations existed. They had an open case already for this residence and will use their findings from this incident to further their investigation into a variety of violations.  

Detectives arrested 65-year-old Santa Rosa resident, Curtis Huffman, for the following violations:

• 11366 H&S – Maintain a Dwelling for the Use and Sales of Narcotics/Controlled Substances.
• 11395(b)(1) H&S – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Two or More Prior Convictions.
• 29800(a)(1) PC – Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
• 30305(a)(1) PC – Felon in Possession of Ammunition.

• 11350 H&S – Possession of an Illegal Narcotic.
• 11377 H&S – Possession of a Controlled Substance.
• 11364(a) H&S – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• Outstanding Warrant for her Arrest.
