Flood Warning Issued – Avoid Unnecessary Travel and Adhere to Road Closures 

The City of Santa Rosa has experienced ponding and flooding of roadways in multiple locations. A Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) this afternoon and will remain in effect through tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 22 at 4:00 p.m. A Flood Advisory will remain in effect for the entire North Bay through Saturday, Nov. 23 at 3:15 a.m.  

Please avoid unnecessary travel during this time. If you see standing or moving water, Do Not Attempt to Drive Through it. Several major roads are currently closed. Do Not Drive Through or Around Barricades

The following is a list of current Road Closures and areas that are experiencing Flooding. Conditions may change through Saturday. Water may recede and then quickly rise following periods of heavy rainfall.
