Missing 12-Year-old Juvenile Male

On Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 6:45 p.m., the Santa Rosa Police Department received a call regarding a missing 12-year-old. The youth’s parents reported that their son went to middle school at 8:00 a.m., but did not attend his after-school program. The Santa Rosa Police Department is seeking anyone who might have seen the youth on Thursday or today.
The missing youth is:

• Michael Joseph Cruz
• 12-years-old male
• 5’3”, 160 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes.
• Cruz was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, faded jeans, and black sneakers.
• Cruz was last seen by his friends on 10/26/2023 at 4:00 p.m. in downtown Santa Rosa, near the Santa Rosa Plaza Mall.
