• Approval of the Minutes of the May 14, 2024 Board of Directors Meeting
• Approval of the Financial Report for the Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2024
• Approval of the Audit Report for Fiscal Year 2023
• Approval of the 2025 Budget
• Approval of the Payment of Accounting Services
• Additional business as may be necessary and appropriate to commence operation of the District
• Adjourn
