Notice is hereby given that the North Baltimore St. Community Improvement District will hold a meeting at 2:30 pm on Thursday, November 14, 2024, in the 2nd floor conference room at City Hall, 201 S. Franklin St.

Tentative Agenda:

• Approval of Minutes of the November 20, 2023 Board of Directors Meeting
• Approval of the Financial Report for the Third and Fourth Quarters of Fiscal Year 2023 and the First and Second Quarters of Fiscal Year 2024
• Approval of the Audit Report to Fiscal Year 2023
• Approval of the Appointment of Officers
• Approval of the 2025 Budget
• Approval of the Payment of Accounting Services
• Additional business as may be necessary and appropriate to commence operation of the District
• Adjourn
