City of Kirksville offices closed during afternoon on Friday, December 9

(Kirksville, MO) - Beginning at 12:00 pm on Friday, December 9, 2022, all City of Kirksville offices, including Utility Billing, will be closed for the annual City-wide staff meeting. City utility payments can still be placed in the drop box located at City Hall. These payments will be processed when City Hall reopens for regular business hours on Monday, December 12, 2022.
