Survey Highlights

• Total Responses: 1,012 residents shared their insights.
• Comments: 298 thoughtful responses were submitted for further review.

Our analysis showed general agreement on key priorities for Horseshoe Bay’s future, and we’re using your feedback to guide our recommendations to City Council and city departments.

What’s Next?

• Presentation to City Council on December 10, where we’ll share findings and insights.
• Town Hall Meeting to discuss results and recommendations with you in greater detail.

This survey is just the beginning. Your voice will inform a new Comprehensive Plan that will guide Horseshoe Bay’s growth over the next 20 years, updated every five years. We’re committed to balancing growth and preserving what makes our city unique.
