Youth Tennis LessonsYouth tennis lessons include eight sessions over two weeks, depending on instructor availability. All classes are held at Alta Canyon Sports Center. This is a great opportunity for kids to build confidence and learn the fundamentals of the sport. Instruction emphasizes agility, balance, and coordination to develop gross motor skills, while teaching basic stroke techniques needed to serve, rally, and score. Session 3 |

Swim LessonAll swim lessons are taught by American Red Cross-certified water Safety Instructors, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment for every swimmer. Lessons are designed to help participants build confidence in the water, improve technique, and progress through essential swim skills at their own pace. ACES Pre-Comp Swim TeamThe ACES Pre-Comp Swim Team welcomes students in grades K–12 and aims to provide swimmers with opportunities to train and compete at various skill levels. This program emphasizes improving stroke technique, building endurance, and fostering confidence in a team atmosphere. To participate, swimmers should be able to swim 50 yards of freestyle and backstroke, 25 yards of breaststroke, and 10 yards of butterfly. It’s an excellent option for those looking to advance beyond traditional swim lessons and experience the structure of competitive swimming in a supportive environment. Program Dates: |
