Draper Parks & Recreation Registrations
Registration is open for the following programs.

Evil Scientist Academy (Grades K-6)
Phantastic Physics – Mondays, 4:30-5:30 PM from April 15 to May 20 at the Parks and Recreation Building
In this class, students will perform hands-on experiments to explore exciting physics topics like Newton’s laws of motion, thermodynamics, lasers, and light.
Some activities include:
• Fire Bubbles
• Marble Roller Coasters
• Smoke Ring Bazookas
• Dancing Green Laser

Chargers Girls Softball Camp (ages 8-15)
Hosted by the Corner Canyon girls' softball coaches and team. This camp will cover a variety of skills that girls will find useful in helping them to improve upon the skills they already have as well as learn new skills. This is a great camp for girls of all abilities.
Camp will be held on April 13 from 9 AM to 12 PM at Southfork Park (14125 S. Bangerter Pkwy. (250 E.)

Youth Mountain Biking
Join us for great adventures in Youth Mountain Biking. Operated by certified SimplyMTB Mountain Biking Coaches, participants learn the basics and rules of mountain biking while enjoying our great Corner Canyon trails. With a 6:1 rider-instructor ratio, this program has proven to be an awesome time enjoying the outdoors.
Beginner classes are full. 4-day clinics that run between late May and mid-August are still available.

Youth Baseball
This great program lets players learn the fundamentals of baseball and softball by teaching teamwork, fun, and learning. T-Ball, Coach Pitch, and Machine Pitch are available. The season begins the week of June 4, 2024, and runs for eight weeks. Registration closes on April 29.
T-Ball:
All boys and girls currently in Pre-K (Pre-K must enter Kindergarten in Fall 2024) and Kindergarten (2023/2024 school year). Games will be played on Tuesday nights.
Coach Pitch:
All children currently in 1st grade (2023/2024 school year). Games will be played on Wednesday nights.
Machine Pitch:
All children currently in 2nd grade (2023/2024 school year). Games will be played on Thursday nights.

Adult Tennis Lessons
Open to ages 18 and older. Adult tennis lessons and workouts are available in spring, summer, and fall. The "punch pass" method allows adults to attend lessons at their leisure and to fit their schedule without the risk of time conflicts. Instructors are United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) certified and are excellent teachers. Beginner and intermediate classes are available for men and women. Registration is ongoing through September.
