Lawn Watering Restrictions Begin May 15


Lawn watering restrictions are effective May 15 through Sept. 15 in the City of Wheaton. These restrictions are in place to help minimize evaporation during the hottest time of the day. 
  • If your address ends in an even number, you can only water your lawn on even-numbered days on the calendar.
  • If your address ends in an odd number, you can only water your lawn on odd-numbered days on the calendar.
  • No watering is allowed between the hours of noon and 6 p.m.
