World Mental Health Day – Jazzercise Class:Join us for a FREE Jazzercise class at the Community Arts Center on October 10th from 6:30pm-7:15pm!! All Youth Council members who participate will earn community service! Get up and get moving with a fun, stress free class!!
It was announced at the Middlesex County Conference on Behavioral that October 10th will be declared Wear Green for Stigma Awareness Day in Middlesex County. Additionally, October 10th is World Mental Health Day, an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against stigma. Middlesex County stands with those impacted by behavioral health challenges and pledges to increase awareness and expand access to behavioral health care.
Halloween Family Fun Fest:
East Brunswick is having big Halloween Celebration on October 29!! We will be looking for volunteers to help with a lot of fun activities, so keep an eye on Volunteer Matrix for upcoming shifts! This event is made in partnership with Daisy Recreation and East Brunswick Youth Council.
