* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
possible.
* WHERE...Estancia Valley, Upper Tularosa Valley, and West Central
Plateau.
* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust may limit visibility to
less than one mile at times, especially in the Upper Tularosa
Valley.
