* WHAT...West winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 70 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central,
northeast, and southeast New Mexico.
* WHEN...From 10 AM to 11 PM MDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages possible. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust will reduce visibility making
driving dangerous in dust-prone locations like Roswell, Clovis,
and Portales.
