The City of North St. Paul’s alert system is intended to keep our residents informed about both emergency and non-emergency alerts. 

Emergency Alerts

Emergency Alters could be related to specific hazards requiring action such as evacuation, shelter in place, or boil water notifications. The City of North St. Paul will also use Emergency alerts to notify you about power outages, water service issues, or other public safety matters.

Non-Emergency Alerts

Non-emergency alerts could include significant transportation problems including street closures, or other disruptions. Residents also have the option to subscribe to several notifications including street/utility project updates, a community policing neighborhood group, garbage service and others. Review the list of available alerts when you sign up.

In addition to receiving information on your wireless device you may receive notification on your land telephone line (if you have one) depending on the type of incident or event.
