Town of Palm Beach Alerts and News Releases

Town Launches 2025 Resident Parking Sticker Application and Renewal Process

Last year, the Town launched a new parking sticker program specifically for Palm Beach residents, as part of the Town’s expansion of paid parking in town.  Over this past summer, new parking signs and designations have rolled out from Royal Palm Way through Hammon Avenue.  Aside from new parking signage design, some spaces have been converted to paid ParkMobile spaces.

The Townwide ParkMobile Sticker allows residents to receive the first two hours of parking in any ParkMobile space in Palm Beach for free.  ParkMobile spaces are denoted with a blue sign and a zone number.  Each residential address can purchase up to two stickers and each Sticker costs $50.

For residents that have Resident Permit Parking (RPP) signs on their block, each Sticker costs $100 as it allows them to both park on their block and receive the Townwide ParkMobile privileges.

This year’s Sticker will be white and the color will vary each year.  All permit prices are the same as last year.

Residents who have participated in the Townwide ParkMobile Sticker or RPP programs in 2024 will receive an email where they can renew for 2025 and upload their current proof of residency entirely online.

Residents can also apply in-person in the Town Hall lobby.  Town Hall is located at 360 South County Road.  Residents can access a PDF application to fill out and print before coming to Town Hall, if desired. The Townwide ParkMobile Sticker policies are simple and as follows:
  • Eligibility
    • Property owner or renters with a current, 12-month or longer lease who reside in Town on streets that don’t offer “Parking By Permit Only” spaces
    • NOTE: Residential Parking Permit (RPP) participants should have received an email notification to renew their RPP status for 2025.  That email will allow RPP participants to apply online for their new bumper stickers and visitor hangtags.
  • Proof of residence
    • Do you rent your place of residence?
      • If yes and it’s a 12-month or longer lease, please present your lease agreement
    • Do you own your place of residence?
    • Acceptable proof must be current and have the applicant’s name and Town address
      • Current utility bill
      • Court registered mortgage document
      • Deed
      • Condo contract
      • Trust document
      • Lease agreement
      • Tax bill
      • Car registration
      • Florida I.D. or Driver License
    • If you apply online, you will have to scan and upload one of the forms of residency proof through the online application portal
    • If you apply in person, you will have to bring one of the forms of residency proof with you to Town Hall and present it
  • Processing
    • Your application will be processed and you can elect to have your Sticker mailed to your Town address or picked up from Town Hall
      • If you elect to pick up the Sticker yourself, you will receive an email when the Sticker is ready
There are also unique rules that Sticker holders must follow:
  • Sticker must be permanently affixed to the vehicle’s left rear bumper or the lower left on the rear windshield’s exterior
  • Sticker holders may park in any space in Town with ParkMobile signage, but CANNOT park in spaces marked as “Parking By Permit Only” without being a RPP participant who lives on the respective block
  • Sticker holders must obey posted time limits and will only receive the first two hours free.  After two hours, Sticker holders must pay for a parking session using the ParkMobile app, website or phone system up to the respective parking zone’s maximum parking session limit.
  • Sticker holders parking in free thirty-minute spaces MUST leave the space after thirty minutes as the Sticker does not trump the posted thirty-minute time limit
  • Loading Zones are now reserved 24 hours a day for commercial uses only and are not eligible parking spaces
  • Failure to abide by the Townwide ParkMobile Sticker rules or other Town parking regulations may result in a loss of Sticker privileges and/or a parking citation
