Town of Palm Beach Alerts and News Releases
New Bridge Opening Schedules Now In Effect
Town residents and those who work in the Town should take note of new bridge opening schedules that went into effect on January 2, 2024, and will reduce openings during peak Monday through Friday travel times. These changes were made as a result of the Town's ongoing efforts to improve traffic conditions for the community. Following the launch of a temporary schedule deviation for the Flagler Memorial Bridge in August and the public comment period that accompanied it, the Coast Guard has decided to expand temporary schedule deviations to the Royal Park Bridge and the Southern Boulevard Bridge.
Below, please review the new opening schedules for Palm Beach's three bridges. NOTE: The reduced openings do not occur on Federal holidays or weekends.
Please visit the Town's Planned Traffic Impacts webpage to learn more about scheduled changes to road or traffic flows.
