A watermain break has occurred at Tangier Avenue and North Lake Way. The City of West Palm Beach Public Utilities Department, which provides water service to the Town, is responding to the break and will conduct the necessary repairs. North Lake Way will be closed when repair operations begin. Please avoid the area and use an alternate route. Drivers and pedestrians should use caution around work crews and equipment. North County Road is temporarily open while repairs are being made.


At this time, a boil water notice has not been issued. The City of West Palm Beach Public Utilities Department will determine whether a precautionary boil water notice is necessary based on conditions associated with the watermain break and repair. 
If a boil water notice is issued, residents should follow the City's instructions regarding the use of tap water.
