FAA Proposes Permanent Flight Restrictions Near President Donald J. Trump International Airport: Public comments due October 2, 2026.
Make Your Voice Heard: The FAA is accepting public comments on the proposed permanent flight restrictions through October 2, 2026. Residents and interested members of the public are encouraged to review the proposal and submit a specific, fact-based comment describing how current or proposed flight patterns may affect their home, neighborhood, business, or community. Comments must be submitted by October 2, 2026: Federal Register - Make A Public Comment. Potential Traffic Impacts:
Scheduled work for multiple Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) projects, Town-wide undergrounding, and watermain work, including milling and paving, may affect your travel route. Please follow the posted signs and directions, proceed carefully, and allow for extra time in the affected areas. Access to homes will always be maintained. Fire Hydrant and Water Valve Maintenance:
The West Palm Beach Public Utilities Department continues to conduct fire hydrant and water valve maintenance through October 21 to ensure safe, efficient water system operation and support high-quality drinking water. Some customers may experience temporary sediment or discoloration, which can be cleared by running cold water for 1-2 minutes. Questions can be directed to 561-822-2210.
