Town Observed Holiday: Memorial Day schedules and services
In observance of Memorial Day, Town administrative offices will be closed, and some service schedules will vary on Monday, May 25, 2025. Construction work or landscaping will not be allowed. Certain Town recreation facilities will be open, and the public beaches will have lifeguards on duty from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.
Reminder: No construction or landscaping work will be permitted on this holiday. On allowable days, summer landscape and construction hours are in place.

- Residential Garbage: Service as usual
- Commercial Garbage: Service as usual
- Commercial Recycling: Service as usual
- Yard Trash Collection: Service as usual for all stash locations that are not serviced from the right-of-way (ROW). Stash areas located off main roads will be serviced throughout the week.
- Parking: Please use the ParkMobile application, pay from a computer or any web browser using this link and following the prompts on the ParkMobile website, or pay by text. To pay by text instead, text "Park" to 77223.
- Permits: The Town’s online permit and business license portal, EPL, is available when administrative offices are closed.
