At yesterday’s Town Council meeting, the application ZON-25-0049 (ARC-25-0050) 180 ROYAL PALM WAY 301-309 S County Road, et al,  was formally withdrawn by the applicant’s legal representative.  This pertains to both the Town Council and the Architectural Commission applications combination applications.
