Town Council invites applications for Code Enforcement Board appointments

The Town of Palm Beach is seeking applicants to serve on the Code Enforcement Board. Interested residents must complete the online application for service and submit it to the Town Clerk’s Office by Friday, January 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The Town Council will consider the appointments at its meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.


The Town Council will appoint two regular members to the Code Enforcement Board.
  • One term runs from January 13, 2026, to January 13, 2029.
  • The second term runs from April 14, 2026, to April 14, 2029.

The Code Enforcement Board hears cases involving violations of the Town Code and related ordinances, imposing administrative fines or other non-criminal penalties when violations persist or recur. Members must be registered voters of the Town and are appointed by the Town Council based on their experience or interest in zoning, building control, or related fields.
