Town Council Seeks Applicants for Shore Protection Board

The Town of Palm Beach seeks applicants for the Shore Protection Board. All citizens interested in pursuing an appointment must complete the appropriate application for service and submit it to the Town Clerk’s Office by Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The appointments will be on the agenda for consideration and potential action at the Town Council meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. 

About Shore Protection Board 

The Town seeks to appoint three regular members to the Shore Protection Board. All three terms will begin on December 9, 2025, and end on December 1, 2028. One member is eligible for reappointment. The Shore Protection Board acts in an advisory capacity to the Town Council and makes recommendations to the Town Council on all matters relating to shore protection in the Town of Palm Beach. The Shore Protection Board comprises seven (7) members appointed by the Town Council. Members of the Board will serve a three-year term.
