1. Steep Slopes Approval - Application of Lawrence & Deborah May for a new swimming pool and retaining walls on their property located at 60 Edgars Lane. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.40-27-22 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Maps.
2. New Accessory Apartment Approval – Application of Anukam E. Opara to create a new Accessory Apartment in a new Accessory Dwelling, as per Section 295-67D.2(b), on their single-family lot at 141 Lincoln Avenue.
