Amendment to Protect Against Unequal Treatment
This proposal aims to prevent unequal treatment based on ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, and sex—including sexual orientation, gender identity, and pregnancy. It also addresses protections for reproductive healthcare and autonomy.

Proposition No. 2024-1: Four-Year Terms for County Legislators
Should Westchester County Legislators serve four-year terms instead of the current two-year terms? Learn More
Return Your Absentee Ballot by One of These Methods:
Mail it – Make sure it’s postmarked by November 5th. It must be received by the County Board of Elections by November 12th.
Bring it to the County Board of Elections Office – Drop it off by 9 p.m. on November 5th.
Drop it off at any poll site in your county – By 9 p.m. on November 5th.

ABSENTEE BALLOT INFORMATION
Due to recent law changes, New York State voters cannot cast a ballot on a voting machine if they have already received an absentee ballot for this election. However, you can still vote in person using an affidavit ballot.Return Your Absentee Ballot by One of These Methods:
