1. Steep Slopes Approval - Application of Lawrence & Deborah May for a new swimming pool and retaining walls on their property located at 60 Edgars Lane. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.40-27-22 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Maps.
2. View Preservation Advisory & Site Plan Approval – Application of RTB Washington, LLC for a mixed-use development creating one (1) commercial space and twenty (20) residential units with twenty-one (21) parking spaces and a public access Mews on two existing building lots located at 9-17 Washington Avenue.
