Power Outage Update as of 8:30 AM Wednesday morning:
According to National Grid, there are approximately 1100 outages remaining in the Attleboro; down from the peak of approximately 6900 outages.
National Grid has 3-line crews and 10 contractor crews working in the city, along with 21 tree crews (which are covering 4 municipalities: Attleboro, Norton, Rehoboth, and Seekonk). In the event your power is not restored please by the end of the day, please plan for colder temperatures again this evening. Please remember to check in on your neighbors and friends. Any resident with specific safety concerns should call 911. Police and fire personnel are prepared to assist you.
*Except for the Attleboro Library, all city buildings have been restored and are open for business
