The Assessor's office has had many assessments notices returned back to us. If you have not received your property assessment notice in the mail yet, it most likely means that the mailing address we have on file is wrong.
Please fill out a change of address form and return it to us, as soon as possible.
If you are a new owner who purchased after 04/01/2025, please reach out to get a copy of your assessment notice.
