The Assessor's Office is just sending out a friendly reminder to remember to file your property tax exemption applications by April 1, 2026, in order to see them on your next tax bill.

• No need to reapply for the Homestead Exemption if you already have it.
• If applying for the Veteran Exemption, please provide a copy of your DD214 or letter from the VA stating you are receiving 100% service-connected disability. 
• If you have solar panels, please submit your Renewable Energy applications. If you have any questions about your panels, please contact your contractor. 

Please reach out to the Assessor's Office to confirm whether you have all available exemptions or if you need to submit any new applications.
