A message from the Kennebec Water District

 ***TRAFFIC ALERT - SILVER ST WATERVILLE***
Silver Street will be closed to traffic between Kimball Street and Preston Street starting this evening, Monday September 8th starting at 7:00 PM and will remain closed until 6:30 AM on Tuesday September 9th to facilitate critical water main upgrades. Motorists are asked to detour around the road closure using Carter Memorial Drive, Grove Street, Summer Street and Gold Street. Residents should anticipate heavy traffic on these roads as well as Preston Street and Kimball Street during the overnight hours.
