City of Carbondale Hosts Public Interest Meeting to Discuss the Proposed Changes to the Rental Housing Section of the Carbondale Revised Code (Title 4, Chapter 4)

CARBONDALE -
This Thursday, June 12 at 5:30 p.m. in the Carbondale Civic Center, the City of Carbondale is hosting a second public interest meeting to discuss the proposed changes to the rental housing section of the Carbondale Revised Code (Title 4, Chapter 4). This meeting will discuss the modifications to the Code based on input received from the previous meeting held on April 3, 2025.
You can review the Code and the proposed revisions here. Please note that the current code is in black font, and the proposed changes are in red font. The document also includes notes from the City Attorney that will be discussed at this meeting.
