CARBONDALE – The City of Carbondale Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in locating Aeissa R. Utsinger, age 19, of Carbondale.  On March 4, 2026, at 10:32 a.m., officers learned Aeissa was last seen on March 4, 2026 at about 10:00 a.m. in the 1100 block of East Walnut Street. Aeissa is described as 5’08” tall, weighing 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.   Aeissa a gray shirt, dark colored pants, and sandals. Aeissa suffers from a condition that places her in danger.
