Carbondale Police Press Release - Runaway Juveniles Recovered

CARBONDALE – On February 3, 2026, Noah Robinson and Matthew Hilton were located and found to be safe and in good health. The public’s assistance with this incident is greatly appreciated.
Prior Release - The City of Carbondale Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating two runaway juveniles. On February 2, 2026, officers learned Noah Robinson, age 17, of Carbondale, and Matthew Hilton, age 17 of Carbondale, were last seen at about 9:35 p.m. in the 2500 block of East Walnut Street. Robinson is 6’01 tall and weighs 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, orange pants, and dark colored shoes. Hilton is 6’02 tall and weighs 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white hat, a black jacket, black pants, and white shoes. Both Robinson and Hilton suffer from conditions that place them in danger. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the police department at the numbers listed below. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
