City Offices Closing at noon on December 24 and reopening on Friday, December 26

CARBONDALE - In observance of Christmas, City offices will close at noon on Wednesday, December 24, and reopen on Friday, December 26, 2025.
During this time, walk-in customer service at City offices will not be available. However, residents are reminded that emergency services will continue to operate without interruption. Utility bill payments can be conveniently made during the closure through the following methods:

- Online Payment: Residents can pay utility bills at the City's official website. Online services offer a secure and convenient way to pay bills.
- Dropbox: A secure dropbox is available at City Hall for residents to drop off their payments anytime, day or night.
- In Person: Upon reopening on December 26, 2025, residents can pay utility bills in person during regular business hours.
