Outdoor Warning Siren Testing Information
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CARBONDALE -
Beginning on Tuesday, October 7, at 10:00 AM, the monthly testing of the outdoor warning sirens will consist of the tone wail, followed by a prerecorded voice notification on all sirens. This new testing procedure will occur on the first Tuesday of every month, weather permitting. All testing will be completed before 10:15 AM. For questions, please contact the Carbondale Office of Emergency Management at 618-457-3245.
