The first of three Neighborhood Pop-up Festivals hosted by the Mayor's Office of Special Events kicks off this Saturday 6/28 in College Hill's Nevin Park from noon - 4 pm. It features a FREE live concert by the band TimeWhys, and a visit from Balloons the Clown at 3 pm. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on.
