Easton Alert: Free 3-hour garage parking on weekends until 12/22
The City of Easton is offering FREE 3-hour parking in its two downtown parking garages for daily parkers only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the Easton Winter Village starting today 11/24 and going thru 12/22.
If you stay longer than 3 hours, you'll only pay for the difference in time.
The parking garages are located on N. 4th Street behind the Easton Public Market, and on S. 3rd St. behind City Hall.
NOTE: the meters on the first floor of the 4th St. Garage are NOT included in this promotion and are still paid hourly parking. The promotion only applies to the upper floors/long-term parking.
How it works: when you enter the parking garage, the license plate reader will scan your plate into the system. Take a ticket if one is offered, and the gate with go up. When you leave, the license plate reader will scan your plate again. If you stayed for 3 hours or less, the gate will open automatically. If you stayed for more than 3 hours, enter your credit card to pay for the difference in time and then the gate will open.
