The City of Easton is declaring a Snow Emergency to go into effect at 3 p.m. on Sunday, February 22, and end at 3 p.m. on Monday, February 23.  
Residents living along snow emergency routes may park their vehicles in either the S. 3rd Street or N. 4th Street parking garages beginning at 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 21.  
All snow emergency vehicles must be removed from the garages by 7 p.m. on Monday, February 23.
