🚨 Emergency Notification from La Marque Office of Emergency Management (LMOEM) 🚨

La Marque OEM is actively monitoring a fire incident at the Marathon Refinery facility in Texas City.

A shelter-in-place has been issued for the area from Highway 146 to Bay Street in Texas City.

Those in the affected area should:

• Remain indoors

• Close all doors and windows

• Turn off air conditioning or ventilation systems

LMOEM is in contact with emergency response teams and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
