CGAlerts: City Hall to Light Up Red for National Fallen Fire Fighters Memorial Weekend
The City of Casa Grande will be joining the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation to recognize, honor, and give tribute, to all firefighters who died in the line of duty during 2025 and in previous years. City Hall will be lit up red from May 1st through May 3rd to “Light the Night” for fallen firefighters.
The tribute will end on Sunday, May 3rd, by ringing the Phil Emmett Memorial bell at noon at Fire Station 504, followed by sounding the sirens to honor all fallen firefighters and their families across the nation.
Citizens can join in the tribute by lighting up their residence in red and sharing on social media with the hashtag #LightUpRedCG.
