Arizona Water Company will begin improving water infrastructure near the intersection of Florence Street and Ash Avenue beginning Monday, March 23. The project is expected to last approximately one month.

Customers along Ash Avenue from Green Avenue to west of Florence Street will soon be served by larger, newer water mains and will have new water meters installed at the front of their homes. A new customer service line will also be installed to connect to the existing meter area.

Replacing this water main will help reduce water loss and minimize the need for future repairs, improving reliability for customers in the area.

This project also helps prepare for future roadway improvements planned by the City of Casa Grande along Florence Street beginning in the third quarter of 2026.

All improvements and installations associated with this project will be completed at no out-of-pocket cost to customers.

Residents may experience temporary construction activity in the area during the project. Drivers and pedestrians are asked to use caution and follow any posted signage while crews are working.
