CGAlerts: Important Notice Regarding Storm-Related Vegetation Cleanup

Following recent storms, we want to remind residents of the following responsibilities and services:
  1. HOA Responsibility
    • Cleanup of fallen or damaged trees, branches, or landscaping within HOA common areas is the responsibility of the HOA.
  2. City Services for Right-of-Way Cleanup
    • The City of Casa Grande will remove storm-related trees, branches, or other vegetation from public right-of-way areas, including streets and sidewalks.
    • After clearing these areas, debris may be placed adjacent to the roadway or, when feasible, within HOA common areas. In these cases, the HOA is responsible for arranging further handling and cleanup.
  3. Non-HOA Residents
    • For residents who do not live in an HOA community, cleanup of storm-related vegetation on private property is the responsibility of the property owner. Please ensure debris is properly disposed of through your regular trash service or other approved means.
    • The City of Casa Grande will remove storm-related trees, branches, or other vegetation from public right-of-way areas, including streets and sidewalks.

Next Steps for Residents
