A black bear has been sighted in the area of Passaic Ave, Pitcairn Drive, Paradise Place, and Kincaid Court. Please avoid the area, stay inside, and do not engage the bear if seen. Make sure to keep children and pets indoors. Contact the Roseland Police Department if the bear is seen in the area again. We are actively tracking its location in order to encourage it to relocate to a non residential wooded area.
